Random Question Of The Day: Top 5 Movies You Can Watch Over and Over and Over and Over

PCD with her recent movie trivia phase, got me interested in doing a movie-related post. I LOVE movies. I have loved them since I was a kid--I watched at the theaters, on super tv, on cable, on vhs, dvds, and now On demand. There is something about escaping into a story that appeals to me--whether it's a romantic comedy, a western, sci-fi or drama. I cannot pick a favorite movie--Es Imposible! But, I can at least list 5 movies, I can watch over and over and over again. No matter how many times I see these flicks, if I'm flipping through channels and come across them, I watch them.

1. Original Star Wars Trilogy (I know it's a trilogy, but you can't separate them out. Although I will say The Empire Strikes Back is my fav. :-).

2. House Party

3. Steel Magnolias

4. The Color Purple

5. Bend it Like Beckham

There are so many others (like Beverly Hills Cop, A Few Good Men, Friday, Dodgeball, The Breakfast Club, Ferris Beuller's Day Off, Speed), but these were the movies that immediately came to mind.

What 5 movies do you never tire of?

Nadja - Good Choices. Bring it on is strangely addictive. Maybe it's the cheer routines and smart retorts?

Smarty - LOL. You got no love for George Lucas? Good choices as well. Any scene in pulp fiction with samuel jackson is the BEST. Life is an underrated movie. I have the Five Heartbeats soundtrack!

PA - I see you like divas. No wire hangers!!!!

PCD - Now that's a movie fan list. I love ELF!

Not really feeling the Sci-Fi craze. The closest I get to Sci-Fi fantasy is the Matrix Trilogy, now those were awesome.
But girl, my favorite scene in Pulp Fiction is the end where Vincent and Jules are having breakfast and he offers Jules some bacon. He says no because it's a filthy animal.
Vincent: Yea, but bacon is good, pork chops are good.
Jules: Sewer rat might taste like pumpkin pie but I'll never know because I won't eat the filthy mutha---.

Classic!!!

Demon Hunter - I know, it's an impossible task. Some good, interesting choices. Gotta love Goodfellas. Sleepwalkers eh? I actually saw that in the theater. LOL
