YES WE CAN. YES WE DID.
Hello to the new first family!!! I think we will all remember where we were and how we felt at 11:00 pm last night when they called the election for President elect Barack Obama. The pride, the sense of accomplishment and sheer joy that this election has brought me is immeasurable. Congratulations to Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, Joe Biden and their families. Now the real work begins!!

We most certainly did. I am in awe, I am humbled, I am sooo glad to have been a part of this.
I have to get to the inauguration. :-D
"To the victor goes the mess."
How do you feel about this? I mean seriously? To see this day come. To FINALLY see a black man not only win the election, but STOMP his white, Republican opponent? I can't even imagine.
We surely did...
Believing wholeheartedly that it could happen and then actually going out to do it... the epitome of hope
now we just gotta work on the change part... 2009 cant come soon enough... I am so grateful to have witnessed this amazing moment in black history
Ms. Bee - I think the more appropriate response would be -- "the right man for the job won". Why is it a contest? And, just out of curiousity, how many times has a black man been beaten by a white man on the race to the presidency? Instead of patting yourselves on the back for a black man winning, why not rejoice in the fact, that the right person for the job won this election? I myself am white, and voted for Obama because this country is desperately in need of change right now. I believe, Barack Obama is going to see to it that change happens. Yes, this is history in the making, and we should all celebrate that. Your comment was juvenile and ignorant. I see that your a mother, please GROW UP!!!!! I am ashamed of people like you.
yes we did indeed,. Im so happy, ive been happy ever since i got the news.
